Merck, a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical firm, hired Kerry in 1977 to assist in advancing the company’s first computerized manufacturing facility.  In just a few short years, Kerry was promoted into the company’s management structure. 

Over the next 28 years, he fashioned his art of people recognition and motivation, mastered his skills as a trainer and speaker, and savored in his passion to advance the quality culture.  He continues to consult with leading pharmaceutical companies in the area of good manufacturing practices and training. 

Both personally and professionally, his powerful messages of hope, faith, acceptance of change, and call to action have helped inspire organizations and individuals around the world.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Kerry now resides in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia with his wife, Karen. They have four children. When Kerry is not speaking, consulting or dabbling in real estate, he entertains crowds as the bassist for two jazz groups.
